Coffee Solutions' Hopedale, MA laboratory and training center is certified by the Specialty Coffee Association of America to provide officially sanctioned training on behalf of the SCAA.
Designed for working baristas, prospective business owners, and home enthusiasts alike, Elements of Espresso covers the fundamentals of preparing espresso, espresso equipment & maintenance, milk steaming & science, and menu construction. Through interactive lecture, hands-on practice, and tasting exercises, students will not only explore how to create espresso, they will engage the challenge of creating standout espresso with consistent and predictable cup characteristics in a commercial setting.
